The Achemists expansionen ger Quedlinburgs kvacksalvare fler ingredienser att läka med och ger varje spelare sin egen destillationskolv som kan ge bonuseffekter då vissa krav uppfylls. Dessutom lider Quedlinburgs invånare av sjukdomar och mardrömmar som kvacksalvarna ska försöka bota. Expansionen passar ihop med basspelet och/eller Herb Witches expansionen. Herb Witches nya ingrediens får också nya ingrediensböcker med denna expansion.
